Tricia struggled with English and maths at school, but it was not until her daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia that she suspected she too might also be dyslexic. It made her realise that communicating with patients in a standardised way, rather than in ways to suit the individual, might mean important clues could be missed about their condition. |
